Before there was a catalogue, there was DROP 001.
The first Paledonia drop was never meant to explain everything. It was the opening sentence.
Built in Doha, the collection brought together the pieces that first gave Paledonia a shape: camouflage, sweats, hoodies, tees, denim and outerwear. Familiar things, moved slightly out of place. Details from around us without turning them into costume.
We kept the quantities small because Paledonia itself was still small. Every piece was part clothing, part experiment — a way of learning what the land could become once people started wearing it their own way.
DROP 001 established something we still carry forward: where you come from can be present without being announced. Culture can sit quietly in a piece. A memory can become a detail. Something local can belong anywhere.
It wasn't a finished statement.
It was proof Paledonia existed. 🌏
